Hello(Akwaaba)

Welcome to Minority Students.Co.Uk - the first uk website set up by current and gradute ethnic minorities to tackle issues affecting ethnic minority students in the UK.

This Premium (1-STOP) information site has come about to fill a vacuum (lack of concise and useful informaiton in simple and plain english). This project is being developed around our experiences before, during and after our university student lives as ethnic minorities/international students in the United Kingdom. Our aim is to promote active participation to develop and promote our interests during our lives as students in the UK and thereafter.

The project targets students who are in the minority on the basis of their colour, nationality, race or religion. We envisage that this resource when complete will be useful to prospective students around the world, current students in the uk and graduate students in/out of the UK.

This project  aims to serve minority students throughout the world who are interested in studying especially in the UK. We also provide some form of information on studying outside the UK although this is minor. Concise and impartial information and links are provided on the following areas: Education,Immigration, Student Life, Careers Centre and an Events Calendar.

A Public Forum is available for all students to ask questions and share ideas with fellow students and graduates.

Our Music Studio aims to unearth raw music talents. It is an 'Open Studio' where young unearthed student musicians/artistes can showcase their music to other students. All genres of music in any language are welcome. If you have any original songs, you are welcome to put it up on this website.

The goal of this project is to encourage students to post any information about the relevant topics and such informaiton will be added to our information database to serve as a resource for all.

The project is a 5-phase project and we are currently at the second stage. For this reason we hope you bear with us and contribute to make this useful resource for all.

On this note the Minority Students Project Team will like to welcome you once more and hope you find your way around safely and enjoy the services being provided. SPREAD THE WORD.
